2022 Giallu

A dry Moscato Giallo, wild fermented and grown in Victoria. A small portion of skin contact and barrel ferment, with the rest put to tank for 6 months then bottled on Gunaikurnai land. 

A beautiful, aromatic white with great pallet weight and texture. If this doesn't make you want to sit by the beach in Sicily with Jennifer Coolidge then nothing will. Enjoy!
