2023 Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Grown by Denton Vineyard, this P58 clone is grown on granitic soils on the North of the Yarra River. 

Our 2023 Yarra Valley Chardonnay is whole bunch pressed, settled then racked to French oak for barrel ferment. 25% new Chassin oak, partial malolactic fermentation and left on full lees for 10 months before bottling.
