2022 Gippsland Sauvignon Blanc

Grown by us in Maffra, Central Gippsland. 

A unique site with old vines and sustainable farming, a rich, textural Sauvignon Blanc with balanced acidity from a cooler vintage.  Crisp minerality and floral aroma, our Sauvignon Blanc was aged in old French oak for 10 months before bottling.
