2023 Cabernet Sauvignon

Grown by us in Ripplebrook, West Gippsland.

An exciting interpretation of a Gippsland Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is delicate and complex, a lighter style red, it accentuates all the best characters of a cool climate Cabernet. Aged in French oak for 10 months on lees. 

Grown on red soils and made from 40 year old vines, perfect for drinking now and will also age beautifully.
